An elopement in Whitefish, MT


6am - Getting ready pictures in the lakefront home that will double as the start to your honeymoon for the next few days


8am - An intimate first look at a scenic, woodsy spot close by


10am- Head to downtown Whitefish for some Mountain berry bowls & Montana Coffee Traders. So many fun opportunities for pictures & fun moments in this little mountain town!


1pm - Time to drive into the mountains, listen to music, & chat about your love story


3pm - Take a few hours to explore scenic locations & find the perfect intimate spot to exchange vows


5pm - Drive down the road to the campsite where you will start a little fire, play your favorite music & have your first dance


6pm - You are starving after such a fun-filled day of love! Share a pizza, takeout, specialty dinner, or whatever makes you two happiest


--The next day it's time for some honeymoon captures of the happy couple!


10am - After sleeping in we meet up for coffee and head to the lakeside for new adventures


11pm - Start the day with paddle boarding on Flathead lake & some adorable photos in the water/ on the beach


1pm - Picnic by the water & a final celebration before I head out and let you finish your honeymoon

12-hour day

a full wedding day


8:00 AM - Bride and groom preparation, including hair, makeup, and getting dressed


9:00 AM - First Look and Couples Portraits. The couple has a private moment for their first look followed by an intimate couples portrait session


10:00 AM - Wedding Party and Family Portraits


11:30 AM - Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. Ceremony proceedings, vows, and exchange of rings. Cocktail hour for guests to mingle and enjoy refreshments.


1:00 PM - Reception Venue and Decor Shots followed by candid guest pictures while everyone arrives at the reception.


2:30 PM - Reception Events and Speeches. The grand entrance of the couple and wedding party. The first dance, parent dances, and other special dances. Toasts and speeches by family and friends.


4:00 PM - Dinner and Socializing. Guests enjoy the meal and socialize.


6:00 PM - Dancing and Evening Entertainment. Cake cutting ceremony, an open dance floor for guests to enjoy, time to capture the energy and fun of the evening festivities


8:00 PM - Sunset or evening portraits of the couple, final moments of the reception captured, and then the special send off for the couple
